Rate & Reservation Policy

1) All Nature's Way tours are based on advanced reservations. Unless special circumstances, please make a reservation by 4:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the tour date.

2) A tour booked within 21 days up to 2 days prior to the tour date will be regular tour rate.

3) A tour booked and confirmed with a deposit before 22 days prior to the tour date will receive early bird discount.

Cancelation Policy

Tour reservations with regular rates:

1) No cancelation fee will be charged if cancelled in writing 4 days prior to the tour date. Reservation deposit will be refunded in full after reduction of necessary remittance fee, in any.

2) 50% of the tour rate will be charged if cancelled in writing within 3 days up to 1 day prior to the tour date.

3) 100% of the tour rate will be charged if cancelled on the tour day.

Tour reservations with early bird discount:

1) No cancelation fee will be charged if cancelled in writing 22 days prior to the tour date. Reservation deposit will be refunded in full after reduction of necessary remittance fee, in any.

2) 30% of the tour rate will be charged if cancelled in writing within 21 days up to 4 days prior to the tour date.

3) 50% of the tour rate will be charged if cancelled in writing within 3 days up to 1 day prior to the tour date.

4) 100% of the tour rate will be charged as a cancellation fee if cancelled on the tour day.

Hotel Reservations

Normal time:

1) No cancelation fee will be charged if cancelled in writing 15 days prior to arrival in Yap. Reservation deposit will be refunded in full after reduction of necessary remittance fee, if any.

2) 1 night of the hotel regular room rate with tax will be charged if cancelled in writing within 14 days up to 8 days prior to arrival in Yap.

3) 2 nights of the hotel regular room rate with tax will be charged if cancelled in writing within 7 days up to 1 day prior to arrival in Yap.

4) 100% of the package rate will be charged if cancelled on the arrival day or no show.

Exceptions:
(for group reservations over 4 rooms or reservations during special event such as Yap Day)

1) No cancelation fee will be charged if cancelled in writing 31 days prior to arrival in Yap. Reservation deposit will be refunded in full after reduction of necessary remittance fee, if any.

2) 1 night of the hotel regular room rate with tax will be charged if cancelled in writing within 30 days up to 15 days prior to arrival in Yap.

3) 2 nights of the hotel regular room rate with tax will be charged if cancelled in writing within 14 days up to 1 day prior to arrival in Yap.

4) 100% of the package rate will be charged if cancelled on the arrival day or no show.

Payment Method

1) We accept payment in USD cash, traveler’s checks in USD and credit/debit card (VISA, Master and JCB card).

2) Early bird reservations and hotel packages require deposits paid by credit/debit card or bank remittance.

3) We will inform you of a safe method to send us your card information or our bank information upon your request is tentatively accepted.

4) We ask for 5% surcharge for credit card payment at our shop.
